This beautiful Ontario Riesling is a classic and it’s getting plenty of attention. It won GOLD at the 2023 National Wine Awards of Canada!
Fermented in stainless steel to create an off-dry Riesling with classic aromas and flavours of peach and apple along with citrus to create the bright acidity finish.
This white wine would pair beautifully with some spicy Thai or Indian food or a good charcuterie board with loads of artian cheeses and deli meats….and dried fruits with roasted nuts too. Serve chilled and enjoy.
